With the <a href=\"https:\/\/csr-tools.com\/en\/csrd\/\">Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/csr-tools.com\/en\/esrs\/\">European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)<\/a>, the requirements for companies to systematically record and report their environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects are increasing. <span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">However, <b>developing<\/b> a <b>sustainability strategy<\/b> means much more than just compliance &#8211; it can make companies <b>more resilient and competitive in the long term<\/b>.<\/span> <\/p><p>In this article, we show how companies develop a<b> future-oriented sustainability strategy<\/b> and which <b>key concepts<\/b> such as double materiality, materiality model canvas or transformation premiums play a role in this.
